Sundays @ 9am & 11:15
Wednesdays @ 7pm

Every Sunday & Wednesday, our children get to experience unique, exciting, and dynamic ministry geared just for them. Infant-5th grade participate in an active learning environment, which utilizes games, crafts, puppets, prizes, bible stories and other activities to teach children the truths of God’s word.

CAGkids is staffed by our friendly & responsible volunteer team which is lead by our children's pastor Robin McSkimming. All workers involved in CAGkids have been thoroughly trained and screened, because we always strive to provide a safe environment for our children. All children must be registered prior to attending CAGkids.

Registration is fast and easy. So please see one of our friendly volunteers at the registration table located right outside the JumpStart and Starting Line wing.

CAGKids Resources

Our Children's team has handpicked these resources for you and your children.

CSB Explorer Bible for Kids

Within its engaging, full-color pages, kids will interact with the people, places, and things of the Bible and God’s creation. Fascinating images, illustrations, timelines, and study helps show archeological evidence, introduce key characters, explain new concepts, and help kids experience the wonder and truth of the Bible. QR codes placed throughout the Bible bring educational videos, discussion questions, and activity pages to life, helping kids apply key truths of the Bible to real world experiences.

The Kingdom of Dunamis

Written by our own Children's Pastor and her sister, this book is about finding your place as a child of God. Prince Spencer and Princess Grace have been kidnapped from the Royal Palace and taken to a land far away. The King has all his knights searching everywhere to find his children. When a knight finds them and brings them back, they have forgotten what it means to live in a royal palace. Journey along with Spencer and Grace as their father, the King, teaches them how to live like royalty. Along the journey, you will also learn what God means when He says we are His children and heirs.

Helpful Hal's Treasury of Christian Virtues

This book series is no longer in print, but there are some compilations and single stories available on Amazon. Here are twelve stories about caring, sharing, loving, and growing, written with humor and hilarity and intended to teach important lessons to children (and their parents) about obedience, kindness, fairness and other godly virtues.

My Bedtime Anytime Storybook

Another older book, but a favorite of those who have owned it. Original stories featuring cartoon animals are designed to teach children the value of helpfulness, kindness, friendship, serving, forgiveness, honesty, and other virtues, and are matched with full-color illustrations, poetry and nursery rhymes, and Biblical paraphrases.

The Story of Me: Babies, Bodies, and a Very Good God

Even from an early age, kids are curious about many things―including bodies and babies. Although it can be challenging to determine how much information to give them early on, young children can begin to develop a wonder and appreciation for God’s marvelous gift of sexuality by understanding the basics of pregnancy, birth, and growth. Using age-appropriate language and illustrations and framing everything within the larger story of God’s wonderful design, your child can begin to understand that God is the giver of good gifts, including the gift of our bodies.
Designed for children ages 3 to 5.

Before I Was Born: God Knew My Name

From a very early age, many children start to notice and become curious about bodies, babies, and where they come from. Clear, informative, and child friendly, Before I Was Born is the perfect way to introduce your child to the first conversations about reproduction and pregnancy. Before I Was Born emphasizes God’s good design for our bodies and lays a biblical foundation for understanding sexuality. Using age-appropriate language and illustrations, and framing everything within the larger story of God’s wonderful design, your child can begin to understand that God is the giver of good gifts, including the gift of our bodies.
Designed for children ages 5 to 8.

What's the Big Deal? Why God Cares About Sex

Even at a young age, your kids probably know about sex. But what they’ve gathered from TV, other kids, or the internet is often distorted and incomplete. Designed to foster age-appropriate conversations about sexuality, What’s the Big Deal provides kids with a safe space to ask hard questions that they might find embarrassing. With questions and prompts so you can easily read together and have healthy discussions.
Designed for children ages 8 to 12.

Facing the Facts: The Truth about Sex and You

Puberty is an exciting but often stressful time of transition to adulthood. It marks the beginning of significant changes in a child’s relationships with their parents and with the opposite sex. Facing the Facts will give your child clear and comprehensive information to help them understand what’s happening to their body and why God designed it that way. With solid and positive insight on tough subjects, the God’s Design for Sex series provides clear answers to some of kids’ toughest questions without making it awkward.
Designed for ages 12-16.
